SADEC is dedicated to supporting those who are defending the Second Amendment rights of American citizens and educating the public about those rights.

We intend to provide funding for lawsuits that attempt to defend and preserve the legal and constitutionally-guaranteed rights of ownership and lawful use of arms that the founding fathers recognized and vowed to protect in the Bill of Rights.

If you are ready to support SADEC in defending the Second Amendment, please partner with us and contribute below.*

*A NOTE ABOUT DEDUCTIBILITY:  SADEC was formed on January 6, 2023, and has applied for 501(c)(3) recognition with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). While there is no guarantee that the IRS will ultimately grant such recognition, SADEC strongly believes that it is eligible for such qualification. SADEC is committed to operating in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code and of the IRS applicable to 501(c)(3) organizations and is confident that such recognition will be granted in due course. While deductibility of charitable contributions varies according to a taxpayer’s particular circumstances, deductions to SADEC will generally be deductible if its 501(c)(3) status is approved within 27 months following SADEC’s formation date (i.e., on or before April 6, 2025). SADEC suggests that any potential contributor consult with their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contributions to be made to SADEC during the pendency of its application with the IRS for 501(c)(3) recognition. SADEC will update the status of its application as events warrant.
